Thank you to all who attended the QAI and DocPoint Solutions, both Konica Minolta companies, 10th annual User Conference held on Wednesday, May 16, at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor.

Every year, we carefully design our conference to bring attendees first-hand knowledge on the latest, most innovative content management trends, tools and technologies. And, we do so in a fun and relaxed environment.

This year’s theme, Information in Motion, provided an experience like never before! The day began with an insightful keynote presentation, followed by demos, customer-related case studies, workshops and breakout sessions featuring QAI and DocPoint subject matter experts, industry thought leaders and other technology professionals. New this year, we also featured our “Conference Fair.” Attendees had the unique opportunity to engage and interact with sponsors through workshops where they learned more regarding the newest technologies that can help solve the most pressing business challenges.

Complimentary breakfast and lunch was served in the newest and most anticipated venue in the Washington, D.C. Capital Region–RiverView Ballroom located on the grounds of the Gaylord National Harbor. Over 300 peers and colleagues networked surrounded by breathtaking views of the Potomac river with the ballroom’s 270 degrees of floor-to-ceiling glass. In addition, this 16,000 square foot meeting space was configured to allow for more intimate meeting spaces for our workshops and breakout sessions.

We were excited to bring everyone out to this spectacular waterfront resort, located steps from the National Harbor’s bustling entertainment and shopping district!

“It has been incredible to watch the growth and evolution of QAI and DocPoint and their annual user conference. As part of Konica Minolta, the company’s extended reach was evident in the increased number of attendees as well as sponsors. This year’s breakout sessions provided deep insight into complementary ECM products and services, and, as always, the event featured dynamic keynotes and a wealth of networking opportunities. As Konica Minolta’s ECM practice continues to develop, I expect this event to continue to gain momentum as one of the premier events for ECM in the D.C. area.”
